License Agreement
GJSArt graphic files can be used for most personal and commercial use. Please follow the simple guidelines below when using our works.
You may use our downloaded files for almost any purpose, personal or commercial. The only restriction is you may not sell these files as is to directly compete with our business model. In other words, do not download these and resell them as backgrounds, digital papers or other downloadable artwork files directly copying our method of business using our products.
Acceptable Use:
• Any personal use including school projects, scrapbooking and photography.
• Projects for commercial use for example printed on merchandise to be sold to your customers.
• Graphic design projects personal or commercial - print and web.
• Commercial photography uses including as backgrounds.
Non-Acceptable Use:
• Distributing the digital files downloaded/purchased from us in any manner. This would include selling them as digital downloads, backgrounds, clipart or any other similar use where you resell our graphics as your own.
• Giving or selling our graphics to someone else for use.
